As an internationally active, nonprofit organization, the Shark Foundation must account to the Swiss Federal Supervisory Board for Foundations. In addition to its annual reports, the Foundation also submits its audited business accounts as well as the annual protocol on what was done with the donation money to the Supervisory Board.
